Services/Garage Clearance

Garage Clearance & Rubbish Removal

Garages tend to collect everything that had nowhere else to go: old paint tins, bikes nobody rides, offcuts of timber, boxes from a previous house move. We clear the lot in one visit so you get the space back.

We do the loading

You don't need to load the van yourself — our team handles the loading.

Licensed waste carrier

Waste transfer notes available on collection for your records.

Responsible disposal

Waste goes to licensed transfer stations where reusable and recyclable material is separated.

Typical garage contents we clear

  • Old furniture and mattresses stored 'just in case'
  • Timber offcuts, doors, and leftover building materials
  • Broken tools, bikes, mowers and garden machinery
  • Boxes, packaging and general household clutter
  • Scrap metal and shelving
  • Appliances, where accepted

Things to tell us before we quote

Photos from the doorway are usually enough. It helps to know whether the garage is attached or on a separate block, whether the door still opens properly, and whether a van can pull up outside. If there are chemicals, fuel, paint or gas bottles in there, flag them — some of those need specialist disposal and can't go in the van.

Keeping what you want

Plenty of garage clearances are partial. Move anything you're keeping to one side, or mark it clearly, and we'll only take what's left.

Why a man & van instead of a skip

  • We do the loading — you don't need to load the van yourself
  • No skip sitting outside the property for days
  • No skip permit to arrange where one would otherwise be needed
  • Works for a single item or a full clearance
  • Collections arranged around your day
  • Same-day or next-day where our schedule allows
  • Domestic and commercial collections

What we can remove

We can't take every type of waste — check the accepted & prohibited waste list if you're unsure about something.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Send your postcode

Tell us where the waste is so we can check it's inside our collection area.

  2. Step 2

Send photos and a short description

A couple of photos of the pile, plus anything we should know about access, stairs or parking.

  3. Step 3

    Receive a quote

We come back with a price based on what we can see, not a vague hourly rate.

  4. Step 4

    Arrange collection

Pick a slot that suits you. Same-day and next-day collections are sometimes possible, subject to availability.

  5. Step 5

    We load and remove it

Our team handles loading the van, tidies the collection area and takes the waste away.

Garage Clearance — your questions

Can you clear a garage on a separate block?

Usually, yes. Let us know how far it is from where we can park when requesting your quote so we can assess the access and plan the collection properly.

Will you take paint and chemicals?

Some items need specialist disposal and we can't accept everything. Tell us what's there and we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't take.

Do I need to sort it first?

No. Just set aside anything you want to keep and we'll clear the rest.
